    syncduke/syncdoom: move the lobby single-player key from P to S

    [S]ingle-player replaces [P] in both doors' lobby menus -- in both the live-panel inkey loop and the static getkeys fallback -- freeing P and
    matching the updated lobby art. Ctrl-P (BBS node paging) is unaffected. Includes the refreshed lobby.msg art.
