    syncivision: add three pinning tests for activity-store behaviors

    Three behaviors of syncivision_lib.js were verified correct by code
    inspection but had no test coverage: sv_top_played's tie-break by ROM
    name, sv_last_play's first-record-wins tie handling, and sv_plays_path's
    path normalization. A test which cannot fail is worth nothing. Locked in
    with explicit assertions that would catch a silent refactor regression.
