    syncscumm: point boot-test scripts at the renamed binary

    The binary rename (build/scummvm -> build/syncscumm) missed the test
    harness: the boot_*.sh acceptance scripts and subtitles.sh still
    referenced build/scummvm, so they failed to find the binary after a
    fresh build. Update all seven to build/syncscumm.
