    wren: add an isolated picker VM

    Create a persistent Wren host for trusted file-picker scripts, separate
    from both the menu VM and per-connection VM. Give it its own module
    loader, event directory, capability filter, log ring, and lifecycle.

    Load a reserved embedded recovery module before user picker code so a
    broken override can still expose the picker-local console. Keep picker
    startup failure nonfatal and report its diagnostics without affecting
    the existing native picker path.

    Embed auto/picker scripts in GNUmake and CMake builds, initialize the
    parked VM after the menu host, and verify the new host through the
    headless Wren harness.
