    syncrpg: add the M1-M4 door implementation plan

    Plan for the EasyRPG door built on the M0 truecolor path: vendor + prune EasyRPG (M1 T1-2), the BaseUi_Synchronet backend + video via present_rgbx
    (M1 T3-4), keyboard mapping (M2), audio via GenericAudio -> termgfx_stream (M3), and package/live (M4) -- a portable getdata.js for the pinned rmarchiv plain-zip, per-user saves, install-xtrn, and a sysop play-test. Carries the rgbx-retain and tokened-URL items forward as explicit tasks.
