    Log Message:
docs: sixel subsetting byte-identity proof + README sweep

    Proves (via a real A/B harness against a pre-USED build of sixel.c)
that SIXEL_PAL_FULL/NONE output stays byte-identical to the legacy
encoder, so SyncTERM and any door left on FULL/NONE are untouched by
the palette-subsetting change. Also sweeps the other doors' READMEs
for stale palette/dirty claims -- both grep hits are still accurate
or unrelated, so no README changes were needed. Live cross-title
metrics (Steps 2-3) are left as a pending template for the maintainer's
    manual pass with real ROMs/terminals.
