    Fix channel packet length validation

    Reject overflowing CHANNEL_DATA and CHANNEL_EXTENDED_DATA lengths before passing peer-controlled sizes to channel callbacks.

    Always join created demux threads before releasing session state. Make connection tests clean up sessions after assertion failures.

    Keep ML-KEM test fixture generation behind the selected crypto backend
    so Botan no longer builds the vendored implementation.
