    syncretro: restore the test_axis link, broken by a new sr_io_ call

    test_axis links the REAL syncretro_input.c rather than a stub, because the claim it tests is that a keystroke survives the whole door path and arrives
    at the core as an analog deflection -- a stubbed input layer would prove nothing. It does not link syncretro_io.c, so every sr_io_* function the
    input module calls needs a one-line stub beside the others in test_axis.c.

    d0fd3b5d12 (2026-08-07) added a sr_io_note_syncterm() call to
    syncretro_input.c without one, and the target has failed to link since:

    syncretro_input.c:966: undefined reference to `sr_io_note_syncterm'

    The door itself was never affected -- it links syncretro_io.c and always
    had the definition -- so this is only ever visible in CI or a local build
    with SYNCRETRO_TESTS=ON.

    Verified in the configuration CI uses (cmake -DSYNCRETRO_TESTS=ON, Release): the build completes and all 11 tests pass.
