llm_index/dokuwiki: take a section's lead from its parent's own text
Parent leads were read from the parent's body, which by then already
had ITS parent's lead prepended -- so a section two levels down
inherited its grandparent's text instead of its parent's.
On the semaphore-files page that meant the recycle section, which sits
under "Timestamp Semaphore Files", carried the page's opening
paragraph rather than the sentence directly above it naming the
".<service>" suffix. The chunk therefore never mentioned mail, and
the bot told a user there was no such thing as ctrl/recycle.mail.
Leads are now taken from a parent's own_body, kept separate from the lead-augmented body for exactly this reason, and the lead allowance is
raised so a short parent section arrives whole rather than clipped
before the sentence that qualifies its children.
