    ini_crypt: remove unreachable cipher defaults (CID 505471)

    The writer rejects every encrypted output algorithm except AES and ChaCha20 before resolving a default key size, and both supported algorithms use 256 bits. Replace the unreachable legacy switch with that shared default and cover zero-size resolution for both algorithms.
