    sdos.js: don't print a blank line after CLS

    command_loop() reset screen_cleared at the top of each pass, before
    testing it, so the flag CLS sets was never seen and a CRLF went out right
    after every clear screen. Clear the flag after the prompt is printed
    instead. The flag was added in 669776215e (aqua-3-cake, 2026-09-18).
