    chat_llm: create data/chat/ parents with mkpath(), not mkdir()

    persona_dir(), the IRC bot's PERSONA_DIR, and llm_index's write_index()
    each created data/chat/<persona>/ with mkdir(), which makes only the
    last path component. On an install with no data/chat/ yet (any fresh
    one), the directory was never created, so the first per-caller memory
    save threw "cannot write .../data/chat/default/user_0001.json.tmp"
    after the LLM had already replied, and the guru chat ended with
    "chat_session JS call failed". Reported by a sysop (Keyop) in
    #synchronet.

    Verified with a not-yet-existing nested MEMORY_SUBDIR: the previous
    chat_llm.js reproduced the exact error; this one creates the path and
    writes the memory file.
