    Add the DOVE-Net Health conference to the stock msgs.ini

    New DOVE-Net sub-board for discussion of health topics: diet, fitness, medications, illness. It is conference 2025 on the VERT QWK hub.

    chksetup.js now expects 26 DOVE-Net sub-boards (25 outside JSexec).

    The v3.22 release notes list it, along with the AI Discussion and AI
    Playground conferences added in b4ef898195 (haven-23-icon, 2026-09-21),
    which had not been noted.
