    sftp: fix CMake build after single-TU reorg

    CMakeLists.txt still listed sftp_attr.c, sftp_client.c, sftp_pkt.c, sftp_server.c, sftp_str.c as standalone sources and referenced the
    deleted sftp_internal.h / sftp_static.h headers. Post-reorg only
    sftp.c is a real translation unit; it #includes the others.
