    boolsrch: rename inline-help menu file boolsrch.msg -> srchhelp.msg

    The help screen describes the search prompt syntax generally (and is
    reused by every boolean-search prompt), not anything specific to the
    boolsrch code module. srchhelp.msg is the better name. Also updated get_search_string()'s menu("...") call and docs/boolsrch.md.
